PROCREDIT BANK IS OFFERING NEW BENEFITS AND 24 HOURS ACCESSIBILITY FOR THE CLIENTS      

ProCredit Bank and Toplifikacija AD Skopje signed an agreement according to which all private and legal entities can pay their bills for heating in ProCredit Bank comission free.  Additionally, in ProCredit Bank one can pay comission free the bills for water, electricity, telephone and some of the cable operators as well, by using a permanent payment order or the e-banking system of ProCredit Bank.

 
Taking in consideration the long term partnership as well as the interactive and open communication with the clients, ProCredit Bank will prolong the working hours of its Contact Center on 24 hours, 7 days a week, as of February 15, 2010.  Through the contact center the clients can obtain all required advices and information regarding the banks products and services, as well as to trail the account’s transactions via telephone.
